Using the mic on the ear buds cuts in and out, have to unplug and plug it in several times to get it to work at all. Tried different ear buds and tried all ear buds on other ipad and phones. It’s just this ipad.

There’s nothing really special about the pad. It’s an ipad. When it transforms into something useful, then I’ll scream at the mountain top. Otherwise, it’s a piece of equipment necessary for school

Fit for purpose and, given the price, a decent fridge. However, it makes a lot of weird noises that I can't quite explain given that it doesn't have a water line and it's not making ice.

The home button is not working perfectly, sometimes you have to double tap multiple times to get it working. Also for an open box that was missing everything, the price was not very reasonable.

Nothing to be surprised about. Only regular ipad. The prices on these came down quite a bit since it was first on the market - then again somehow these are designed to last like 3 years only...

I was not very happy when I got this it was pre-owned it had someone else's name on it and their log in info I had to take it to a computer place to get it reset to the factory condition

I would love to say this ipad is the best but i have had previous ones that are better. This ipad seems heavier and bulkier than the others i have had. Still a great product and very useful!

I bought this iPad but it didn’t have cellular so I exchanged it for the more expensive model with cellular. It’s a trade-off between the price vs. the added convenience.

It looked good However after a few days it developed some Intermittent problems Geek Squad They're the did they're best Hardware issues are best handled by Apple care

i went to the Burleson store and store manager refuse to match price with Sams club then i bought apple ipad and tv from sams club also his attitude not welcoming.

It's good. I just can't keep from dropping them and they crack. Three days after I purchased it, the IPad slipped out of my hand and dropped to the floor. CRACKED!

The unit itself is ok but it only gets a single star because Apple has restricted this device to work with Apple Cash, it only works with Apple Pay. Both Google and Apple are BS Monopolies and have two different and very similar names for two very different and similar apps. Google has Google Pay and Google Play. Google Pay requires a credit card while Google Play is in Gift Card form and the two are not compatible nor do the two work the same way yet the L is the only difference in name and this is just BS. Apple does the same thing, Apply Pay and Apple Cash. The Gift Cards are Apple Pay and Credit Card is Apple Cash. The major difference between Crapple and Google is Crapple at least allows the two programs to interchange EXCEPT on this DEVICE. What Crapple does is only allow this feature on 4 Billion Dollar iCrap Devices. Monopolies sux Monkey Balls. Once I realized that Apple Pay does not work on this device I returned it. I have money on Apply Pay and just wanted to be able to use it to buy something and now Apple has my money and I have no way of getting it back Screw YOU CRAPPLE, your product has been crap from day one. Sure it's nice if you're only using a single brain cell and don't know there are other options out there; but short of that iCrap Products are the worst. This is my opinion and your option is likely to be different...

I like that its bigger but I'm already having charging issues. This one was in popular demand so I may have just gotten a dud. Will let you know once I swap it.

The screen protector in it doesn’t fit snug and it flexes on the screen. I am probably going to have to rip it out and buy a new screen protector that fits snug.

I brought this iPad but six months after that charging power is not working very bad I am trying but not solve it.

I bought 2, one has been working just fine, and the other we constantly bringing back because of the apple logo freezes

THAT BECAUSE MY SON, COREY LIVES AT THIS RESIDENCE, HE WOULD GET SPECIAL DISCOUNT BECAUSE HE HAS LEARNING DEFICIENTS. ONCE WE IN THE STORE TO BUY HIS IPAD, WE WERE TOLD THAT BEST BUY DOESNOT RENDER SUCH DISCOUNT. SOME OF THE OTHER RESIDENTS AT CHAMBERS BRIDGE RESIDENTS DID RECEIVE DISCOUNTS BECAUSE THEY HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS. WE WERE NOT TREATED FAIRLY.

iPad is great. I'm just glad I got it in one piece since it was shipping in a bubble envelope with nothing but the iPad packaging to protect it.

great ipad but they should update the design already i swear apple never wants to make any changes

Newest generation of ipad, but was disappointed that it was only compatible with 1st generation Apple Pencil and not 2nd Gen.
