19 days after buying this product, I noticed a hair-line crack on the screen. Obviously defective, but, both Bestbuy and Apple gave me the runaround. Forget them both, i'll shop eleswhere for my next upgrade and will not buy another ipad. It's Windows or Android next time.

As soon as i bought this and tried to get it started. i was locked out and it is telling me to disable with itunes. It will be 2 months and it still has not began. im not sayinf it is bad but i cant rate ot if i cant even get it started

Screen came in broken but other than that I like it

I bought an Ipad at BestBuy several years ago. I was no longer able to review my Emails on it. I recently purchased a new model and was completely dissatisfied with the changes that have been made. I am returning the Ipad today.

I bought this tablet to replace the iPad generation 5. Within one week my FaceTime stopped working so I had to go and exchange it. I have now had the new one for three days so I will wait and see if this one is better.

Bought this NEW on 1-31 and 3-01 it’s already needing to been seen by the geek Squad. Stuck on the Apple Logo. Urgh frustrating that it’s already giving me problems. Normally iPads last a while but this one was not good.

Not an apple fan, returning this. Two biggest reasons: 1. It's not yet USB-C though comes with an adapter that fits that on other end. If it were i could use same cable i charge everything else with (headphones, laptop, other phones and tablets). 2. The one thing someone told me was only on Apple that interested me, iTunes U, well it turns out that is going away within about 7 months. 3. I just don't like the interface esp. No back button, so i was in wallet settings, it opens safari, and no obvious way to get back to settings menu without pressing home and starting.over .. horrid

BestBuy delayed the delivery and it was not a pleasant experience. Otherwise, the product in itself is good. Although, the base storage can be 64 GB instead of 32 GB.

iPad I bought still not working right. Have made two trips back and asked Geek Squad to fix, but still not working properly. At a loss what to do next. Will not notify arrival of new email.

way way overpriced vs. comparable tablets...we had to buy for an elderly parent otherwise we would have gone with another tablet - no discounts way overpriced for what it is

I am not too happy Amit will not hold a charge .only a few hours " my old one held a charge for days ! , I will have my grandson take it to the apple store in Allentown!

Worse decision ever...got this brand new here at Best Buy and within months it would not power on...took it to Best Buy to figure out why and all theg could say is they not sure why but since i did not purchase the protection plan it was nothing they could do about it. So wasted almost $400 for nothing. I still have the ipad til this day hoping it will randomly turn on one day

I don't like apple I'm a Samsung Girl, it's for my daughter and I guess it works OK but I don't like it but I will buy another because my daughters are apple users.
