if they going to sell a used apple they need the old apple id that was on it you can not use your to log in because too many has already been tried

Best Buy has become an awful place to shop. Their store policies, their computerized disservice make it impossible to get anything done right. Thousands spent on an LG washer & dryer that is an engineering disaster: no help with that: just endless excuses. My recent purchase of the 2020 Apple iPad another disaster: clicked on the wrong color: immediately tried to correct it: no help with that either. Find a better place to shop. I definitely will.

Not a good review. I purchased two Insignia Travel Converter and Adapters for my trip to France. My daughter already had hers so I only needed one after all and thus left the other at home. I returned on July 14th and tried to return the one I had not used on Friday, July 16th but was told that since I had purchased it June 18th it was not returnable due to your 15 day return policy. Why such a short return policy?

The battery on this iPad isn’t good at all, i would recommend spending the difference for the better iPad

It stopped working after 2 months. Total waste. It kept getting frozen on the apple start screen and wouldn’t shut off or reboot.

bought it one month ago and still can't use it . it has not been fully setup and can't get to store because my wife and i got covid

I ordered this one, but you delivered a black. Then 2 days later, YOU sent me the correct one. Charging me for 2 Ipads and 2 pens. Still, I have got the time to call and fix this issue. And sadly, my niece had to keep the first one(the black one). Because she opened and did the set up not knowing I ordered the silver one. It was supposed to be a surprise. so how do you think it will be my review?

Purchased this for my 77yr old mom as a mothers day gift. Ipad won't get past activate phone number, called Apple they weren't able to resolve the issue said I should wait until the system was working. 3 months later still stuck on the same page problem is my mom never told me until now. So we can no longer return it. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER APPLE PRODUCT AGAIN.

If you’re buying this for a child make sure to pick up a portable charger. The battery life is horrible!!!!

Memory too small at 32 it’s not worth it. Suggest they make it 64 or above

Good product, but shipping took almost a month. Shipped on Dec. 12, received on Jan. 11.
