Don’t buy it, it doesn’t let you download apps. I’m assuming it’s because it’s an old version and with iOS always updating doesn’t let you really do anything with it and it’s slow. I don’t know why they are still selling this useless iPad

You sent an email to me telling me my iPad was ready for pickup. This email should have gone to my husband as he was the one who placed the order. This was an xmas gift to me from my husband. You totally ruined my Christmas and his. THANKS A LOT.

It will not let set it up. Keeps telling me I have noWi-Fi which is totally wrong. I guess I will bring it back. It’s not doing me any good when I can’t get it to work

Put it in a case and on a tripod to video tape basketball games and it would shut down after 5 minutes and the battery would go from 100% to 5%. Returned it. I would give it zero stars, but that isn't an option.

Very upsetting. I bought this product for a gift and the person does not want it. As I bought this well in advance, I found that I have missed the return item date, so we are stuck w a gift we do not want.

I have to change it twice didn’t work , employees send me to Apple , very upset with the services , never bought for this company again, for a total week I don’t have a device for my son remote learning

The item was lost in the mail and it took you three weeks to return my money. This is unacceptable. I have spent thousands of dollars at best Buy through the years, but I will never shop there again.

iPad started shutting down after 1 week. It flickers on and off with black screen and Apple Sign. We reset it and fully charged and still having Issues. But as for iPad design, it’s light a sleek.

My new I Pad worked fine for one week and then it locked-up. I called Apple last week but it is still locked-up and won't let me in. Have not had time to again call Apple! Paul Leisure

Product is Good but don't buy from BestBuy, I ordered on December 7th for gift but it was shipped on 18th and shows it will be receive on 28th No worth it will get after passed holidays

My personal connection to this product is when I first got it was two years ago and my ipad is still new. I saw on youtube and it made me want to get this iPad. The thing that I saw that made me want to get it was the size it was cool to me. i'm an credible consumer because I use it on a regular basis I text my friends and family all day I also do everything on my ipad like homework,youtube and gaming I use google classroom and zoom for homework I use youtube to watch videos and the games I play are called Among us,Nba live,Nba 2k Mobile and more. I would recommend this product because the graphics are very good when you're watching youtube especially with good wifi. The response time is also very fast once you press an app. It puts you right into it, it's different from other old phones, it doesn't lag or it's not blurry, it's very clear . Also it has a big screen so it's better in some games you have an advantage like in Among us you can see the shadow when someone vents. I would recommend this product to someone that doesn't get much games and likes big screens. I would say this because the ipad has 32 gb but it gets full very fast so don't get too many games and you're gonna have to get used to big screens because I wasn't used to it but now I am if your thinking about buying it it's not like a phone you can't have it in your pocket it's too big.

I had my previous iPad for several years and it wasn’t’ working properly and I was without one for several weeks. I am pleased to say that my new iPad meets all my expectations.

I was refused entry to the store due to not wearing a mask. I informed them I couldn’t wear one due to a medical condition and was still turned away. Will not shop there again.

I got this item and after a week the tablet stoped working. I been trying to get it fix at apple or best buy but there is no appointments available. Now I cant return it!

Too heavy. Not user friendly. Couldn't get digital ID to work. Took it back to Best Buy. Sales person was awesome about return and suggestion that I get an Air.

Ordered ipad 6 hours and not ready for pick up still. Stopped by the store and told nothing they could do about it have no staff! Cant call store!!

The associate sold me the wrong iPad instead of asking did i want a Wifi only or Wifi+cellular iPad, she was only worried about getting a sale

Good product, good battery life. Easy to use, no issue.
