You boogered up our address and the item was delivered to the wrong place. Then you were out of them so we couldn't replace it from your store.

It take a long time to charger? Went I buy online they can find the other I pad I wait for 1 hour I come from Houston. The iPad was in Austin

iPad won’t work! Was a Christmas gift for my son but he can’t get into it because it’s saying it is disabled! Very frustrating for the kid

8 months in and it's already not working. i suggest going through apple.

The ear bud outlet stopped working in 15 days, luckily Best Buy gave me a new replacement instead of having to go to Apple store.

Really like the tablet, but dismayed the delivery required 30 days, a full 8 days longer than originally stated at purchase.

The oculus 2 was consistently sticking on the boot setting. The oculus logo was all i could see. I chose to return it.

I havnt taken it out of the box. It is made in China and I am sorry I bought it. I dont want anything from China anymore.

The battery in my old iPad is better than this new iPad. The battery will be dead before I make my first payment.

This iPad never worked. I couldn't get it setup. I took it to an expert who charged $80 and was still unable to set it up.

I had an old 16gb Ipad an although I loved it, with no more updates for it, it was SO frustrating that I lost the ability to access many apps that I once was able to and couldn't update them anymore. So I decided to see what was out there and ordered this 8th gen. Ipad. OMG, this Ipad is JUST what I was looking for! I'm a granny and wanted something to surf the net, look at You Tube, banking, emails, keep and share photos, and easy and normal tasks. Nothing too techie. It is SO easy and SO fast, not too heavy, nice big display, and the volume is much better than my old Ipad. I bought it online during the Black Friday event for $279.00 and picked it up the next day. It took me a little while setting everything up, the Icloud did most everything for me, I deleted some Apps I'll never use, adjusted all my settings the way I like everything, and started using it. I have the 32gb Ipad and it's enough for my needs. It's perfect and I LOVE, LOVE it. A solid purchase for me and I recommend it HIGHLY!

I was told I could put an app game on my tablet which case I can't I wasted $400 for a tablet and it useless to me

Y’all canceled Apple-Care on both of my iPads I ordered for no reason. An only refunded my money for one ipad.

to get an exchange for a defective iPad and have me waiting now 20 days to receive the replacement unacceptable.
