I was undecided about it because I wanted more gb... this particular one only had 128gb. I ordered the latest IPad Air with 256gb I haven’t received it yet...

My new I Pad

Customer service was very prompt. Haven't used the new ipad long enough to rate it. I loved the one I had for some nine years. I was disappointed when my IPad purchase did not earn me any rewards points according to some unknown rule concerning Apple products.

not good results

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had 3 appointment with the geek squad in Wausau for my old ipad not going online have met with 4 or 5 techs there and listened to lots of stories but my ipad still does not go on line, this all came about when I purchased a new ipad for my wifes birthday after about 2 or 3 weeks her new ipad works okay one older ipad seems to work okay, one older ipad does not work. During this same time there was a time when neither of our iphones could get on the internet as of a couple of days ago the iphones can get on the internet okay after a time when they could get online but might not. The last I heard from Apple they said they will send my wifes iphone an email to get our equipment online on October 21st, I will just wait for that and then see what happens. Milo Sylfest
