    My appointment to set up my new iPad was great. Very nice man. Was set up and ready to go within my 20 minute time frame. He was very helpful and explained everything he was doing. I missed the email about my first visit to have my old iPad looked at. It was not fixable and a shout out to Aaron. He was very nice trying to fix it and apologetic when he couldn’t. Helped me get a new one ordered and set up the appointment to get it set up.

    This is an upgrade from a “5” and I love this “9”. It is faster and cleaner. Battery life is better and the display is cleaner. Lovin’ it.

    This iPad is a replacement for my iPad Air 2 which is now considered a vintage model. How bizarre! This iPad fits my needs for shopping, internet searches, and playing puzzle games. I didn't need a lot of memory (got the 256GB) and it was on sale which are 2 reasons I bought it. The battery life and display are great. I don't use the camera so I can't speak about it's quality. This is basically a toy and it works well for that purpose.

    My 7 year old grandson is about to lose "his" iPad when his mom changes jobs. With 256gb and improved screen resolution, he'll be happy for a long time. He'll be thrilled to have an iPad that is truly his and I can't wait to watch him open his gift on Christmas morning. In addition, I found a great price for Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

    This Ipad is exactly what i wanted. Very similar to my Air 2. Quicker and more efficient. Holds a charge much longer!

    Purchased for in-laws for Bible study. They love the ease of use. Battery life is amazing. Screen display is very clear. It’s an iPad…great product…not much left to say. In terms of customer service…Customer service was amazing at the purchase location (Gateway mall). Sales representative understood my needs and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Thank you!
