This is an “update” from a really old iPad Air, which was failing. Battery life is incredible on this one. Migration from the old to new was a piece of cake.

We traded in our 1st generation iPad air as we desperately needed an upgrade. We could not be happier with the 9th gen iPad. Awesome color, super-fast and perfect for our family. Very pleased. Great price too!

I visited the Best Buy store in Prescott, AZ, and upon entering the store, I was greeted by a staff member who assisted me. I explained what I wanted, and the staff person explained my options and answered my questions. He consulted the computer to find my choice of IPad. It arrived at the store the exact day it was promised. As I am on a fixed income, I chose the option to pay interest free for 2 years.

My first Apple product. Easy to set up and even easier to use once I got use to the slight differences between Apple and Android. Works great. Seems to have less bog down with heavy use than my Samsung.
