    Very Pleased. Unfortunately the old iPad OS (10.3.3) will not allow synching with the newer iPad OS (17.2). Which obviates the Apple plan to "seamlessly and without stress" transfer data from old to new. I have yet to find a workaround.

    I had been told that you would move the data from my old iPad to the new one and that could not be done. I was given an 800# by your geek squad and told that I would be charged for the call. Setup was intuitive and quire easy. It would have been nice if this had been explained to me.
