I guess the only thing I would say is it would be better with wireless service because sometimes due to signal it doesn’t work well when streaming but overall good!

I have always been an Android user. It was great timing on my part, Geek Squad didn't have appointments for about a half hour. The tech set up my apple id, passcode etc. IMO apple is user friendly so i chose to complete the set up on my own. If i have any issues i will definitely make an appointment with Geek Squad!

Good Value (Transferring APPS and DATA Issues)

I gave it a 4 star rating because it was kinky trying to transfer my data from my iPhone. Error message that it was not compatible. Only a small portion transferred of my info transferred as expected (yes I used the same Apple id). Most of my apps had to be airdropped or re-downloaded manually. So that took some time but if you go to the App Store and click on your purchases you can download all your apps one at a time from there. I’ve only had it a couple days at the time of this review.
