Very easy to make appointments and they seem to be very knowledgeable! As well as they work as fast as they can to get you back on track and just all around great customer service! I live a half hour away and do not mind the drive when something happens to one of our devices! A+++ service!

MUCH faster than my old iPad Air 2

The biggest difference is that this newer model is MUCH FASTER - and it makes a real difference. Web sites and applications that I thought were just slow now are several times faster. Also, I like this model because it still has a "home" button.
