I love my new iPod it was my gift to me and I enjoying it everyday.

Its a replacement iPad, works as it is supposed to. I am hopeful that is operates as it is supposed to longer than the original one did

I've always had Samsung tablets and unfortunately as an android user, there isn't a tablet that competes with an iPad.

Bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. She does her online homework and calls me whenever she wants to. I This definitely a great purchase.

Best Buy is a quality retailer that sells the products that consumers want. Ordered it online, Picked it up in the store was in and out in less then 10 minutes. Staff was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Every experience that I have had with Best Buy has always a solid ten out of ten.

Excellent upgrade to our previous iPad as this model has the newest chip which is extremely fast and has ample memory for how we use this device. The game changer was we added the apple magic keyboard and that makes the newest generation of iPad's a legit laptop and tablet all in one.

This is good I pad for price that paid for it. It was simple to set up and easy to use in production.

So far so good. I mean its easy to use. But going from android to ios is a bit of a curve. It holds up in accessibility. Thinking iphone in a few months.

Everything went fine. I just didn’t like that I could no longer use any of my chargers I have for my old iPad. I can only use the one that came with it. Delivery was fast and am enjoying the new iPad.

This my 2nd tablet I dropped my original one and was not able to fix, but over the 2 years I’ve had it, I had no problems with it so I got the exact same one and couldn’t be happier

Definitely wanted a new IPad. Bought two. One each for my wife and me. Impressed with our old iPads is why we stuck with that brand. Most impressed with your sales agent.

Not a hugh fan of apple however its the only platform that has the programs that were needed to comple what was needed to be done over all impressed with the product

Well I've only had this I-pad a few days, so time will tell. The experience at Best Buy was good. Quick help and lots of questions answered. The folks there were helpful, all my info from my trade in was transferred before I left the store. Thanks to the sales team and Geek Squad folks.
