We were notified when the ipad left the store and received a text from the driver as to when he/she would arrive. Excellent!

IPad Rocks

Much easier for me to play games as my phone screen is too small. Lots of things still to learn how to use. Best Buy staff were really knowledgeable and helpful in transferring data from my old iPad to my new one.
