Keyboard failure

Regarding the ipad that I recently bought, I'm sorry to say that the touch keyboard shows a failure (delay) in two letters, since I took it out of the carton it came in. I live in Guayaquil, Ecuador, I would like to know how I can get it checked by the manufacturer since it hasn't been two months since I bought it. could you please help me with that?

Great tablet for the price

Super responsive but wished it wasnt just a bigger iphone. Hopefully they come up with ipad os where it looks different than my phone streched out but great for games and media consumption.

Took a while to download all the previous apps & data — overnight — and a handful of reboots in the morning, but soon I was back up-and-running.
