    Very disappointed. I got this for my mother's birthday. Just to set up the thing was a headache. Kept asking for her iCloud over and over again even after everything was correct. Finally, we were able to finish the set up, but to update to IOS 18, it kept saying the passcode was incorrect when I'm the one who put in the passcode. We used every single passcode variation in case we had accidentally typed it incorrectly. Looked online and it said we could use her MacBook to reset it, but I guess that doesn't work on 9th generation iPad. Don't know if we got a lemon or if this is just what happens when you try to save money on Apple products, but thanks for disappointing my mother on her 70th birthday, Apple.

    Recvied new i-Pad and cannot access it. It has been weeks and hours on the phone with Apple and buying additonal cords etc. It looks nice it just doens't work. Shoulda went with Google.
