Grandma gets a new ipad!

I had done my due diligence I researched the product and I currently own an iPad that I have owned for more than 10 years but i needed an iOS 19 to use an app I wanted. I returned the iPad because I was going to have to pay the geek squad $40 to show me how to set it up. Apple store will provide the assistance free of charge.
