    Apple is the worst. Easy to use and tons of apps, Where the struggle? Confusing and crashes is the way computing g is suppose to be

    Apple products are overpriced and I personally can't stand them. However, I purchased this as a gift for my mother in law and she loved it. Best Buy had this product and we got it before Christmas which was a tough find this holiday season. It seems you can always count on Best Buy!

    Very satisfied with this iPad as with all Apple products you get a reliable OS to run software on with ease of use. Screen looks great, vivid colors with high clarity. Sound is good too. The price was fair too.

    I’ve only had one other bad experience when buying secondhand refurbished electronics, vehicles, and other items. That was 40 years ago, so I guess it was time. This particular iPad had some kind of glitch that kept popping up a mostly blank window across the screen, preventing any kind of action other than shutting off the device. Geek Squad could not fix it. Had to return it.
