    I first consulted Geek Squad to inquire if my old iPad that no longer holds battery power can be fixed. After talking with him about options, I decided to purchase a new 9th generation iPad. Salesgal was most helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I wish I could remember her name to give her kuddos.

    two things: It took two weeks to get the IPad, but I blame Biden and his admin with the stacked up container ships. The second point is the item was shipped UPS, I got a notice it was delivered on Tuesday 12/14/21. It was not and we were concerned porch pirates had stolen it. I asked my daughter, that has a commercial UPS account to track it, she saw the item was handed off to USPS that day, and marked as 'delivered' to us. It arrived 12/15/21 via USPS. I am truly happy with Best Buy, just noted those two items here for others to learn.
