Just wish it had its own Wi-fi instead of having to connect to a hotspot and/or my I phone

 Has this for about a year now sometimes it seems a little slow to me, but it could be my Internet not sure other than that everything’s fine.

My daughter loves her new iPad. Battery life is almost too good as never dies :). We did buy a case for it. I love that it also works with headset.

Takes a long time to charge. Sometimes a long download time. I liked my iPad mini better.

I like this iPad but the battery life goes down so fast. I’ve tried different things to help that but nothing works.

Great purchase as it is easier for me to use than a laptop I purchased the gen 9 10.2” I pad 256 mg so I have plenty of storage

Replacing an iPad 5, I researched both iPad 10 and iPad 9. Felt this iPad 9 was a better buy and very happy with my choice.

Just basically does everything my phone does except for making calls but that’s ok I don’t need it too

Giving as a gift. I have one and love it. This was the first time I used curbside pickup and found it to be easy.

The iPad and shipping are good. Lack of technical service is not. Difficult transfer of data because I have a missing password.

I have never seen such horrible service with online ordering. I purchased this Ipad on cyber Monday as this was the cheapest I had found it for and was so excited to receive the iPad as not only was I going from an Apple iPod with only 32 gb of storage but also that I needed this for school purposes. I paid for expedited shipping so it should come the next day yet there was an issue and I only received my package 3 days later. I was finally refunded the shipping after calling customer service multiple times. When I finally received my item I discovered that the wrong item had been sent and instead of an iPad I found a Nintendo switch. I called up support and was told by a very nice lady to send back the switch and she will ship out the iPad to you. Which immediately I saw a tracking number appear on my account and i sent back the switch the very next day. I then went on to my account to see when to expect my package and noticed that the purchase had been canceled which I called up customer support and was told we can't send you a new iPad but we can refund you the price. By the time i was told this the sale was over and the Ipad i had previously purchased went from 249.99 to 329.99 thats almost a 100 dollar difference. I called up where i was told we have to contact our supervisor and we will see what we can do. Keep in mind its been a week and i see that it says ive been refunded yet no money had been returned. Finally Dec 12 i got in contact with the support team and after consulting his supervisor he purchased the ipad for me at the original sales price honoring the sale because of a mistake made by best buy. the ipad was supposed to come Dec 14th, thursday after purchasing the ipad on tuesday. Yet when i checked my email today(Dec 13th) what a surprise i found there my purchase has been cancelled. So now not only does Best Buy owe me the $272 i spent on my original purchase the now owe my the $374 from the new purchase both of which have yet to be refunded. I have never seen such incompetence in a store in my life. i will be going in store so that they dont have the chance to repeat this problem for the fourth time. For future reference i dont think i will be buying from Best Buy again unless it is in store. I am writing this review so that for the future the next time this happens with someone else the same mistake is not made again causing aggravation to another person let alone the outright stealing done by not returning the money.

I wish I bought a 512, but all in all its a great item.. so all is good

Good price for new item. We arrived for outside delivery/pickup, sent notice to system that we in the proper parking spot. We received computer notice to wait. After 20 min we went inside to pickup. Staff stated that no one received notice of our waiting outside and did not seem to care about our wait.

This was a gift for someone else. So can't really write a review on something I don't have.

Product lives up to my expectations. Would recommend it to anyone.

Needed a new iPad. Good deal. Not as expensive as the newest model
