    Love my new iPad! I got a fair trade-in, and a great price for 256GB storage! The gentleman who set up the trade-in patiently did the backup for me, even though the backup took a very long time. He was pleasant to work with. When it was time to purchase my new iPad, that gentleman was kind, courteous, and patient. Setup was very easy. It even fit the same keyboard case I had for my old iPad.

    Taking online class, needed a tablet with more humph to be mobile with my class. iPad was great choice powerful and fast. Not regulate to taking laptop or sitting at a desk. Can be at class meeting outside, traveling or just setting on the sofa. Still have space for kids games

    Screen resolution is decent. Processing sometimes slow. Storage at 256 gb is adequate. Even with otter box case at $80 dollars, drop on back corner bent backing and screen had to be replaced.... feel like it should not be that fragile, but does the job of game playing, surfing as it should.

    Finally made the switch to iPad from Samsung, and love the new device. It works seamlessly with my iPhone, and has a beautiful display. Owned over a year, and no complaints. Battery life is great, price was good as well.

    As always, Apple products are number one in my opinion. This iPad is no exception. Better than the iPad it replaced. Screen color quality and speed are just two improvements to mention. If Apple could change anything, I would suggest they should incorporate retina recognition in all iPads and not just the iPad Pro.

    Primarily use it for notetaking and reading. Kindle access and Library apps work great. Also like it for various games. Love the size and space available. Watched movies and that feature works great as well.

    I'm very happy with the new iPad, I need to upgrade for more memory, other than that I went with the same size as what I had before but got the maximum memory. So much fast and does everything I need, always satisfied with apple.
