I was able to upload 20 large file games in a matter of minutes. My old iPad got hot and it took all day to load more than 1 large file game at a time. It was worth the upgrade.

Replaced a Gen 3 iPad with this model. Has a much nicer screen and significantly more storage. Transferring apps and data was seamless. Even though the 10th gen iPad has a better screen and USB-C connectivity, I couldn't justify the price difference for what it's used this for (games/Insta/FB).

I have had this iPad for several years and have had no issues. It works well, is easy to transport, and has a decent battery life. I do not use it for gaming or for streaming apps.

This has been a simple and easy to use product. I’ve been very pleased with the functionality and ease of use with a pencil. Screen is good size, and clear as day. Functionality hasn’t had any issues to this point.

This iPad had been expected a little earlier, but it arrived in perfect conditions and working extraordinarily. The experience of buying and receiving my package was great. The ipad is working wonderful and it has been great to take instead of the laptop and to watch shows and read e-books.

My first Apple ipad and was worried about my limited computer skills and switching over from my ancient android. it was so easy to use and navigate! its fast and colors are amazing. I am very pleased with this purchase, did't realize what I was missing. At 71 years of age, I've managed the switch easily plus great price at Best Buy!

iPad is one of my most used items next to my iPhone. This screen size is perfect in home bout to big definitely not to small! Fits in a big purse easily. Great for drawing, research, point of Sale system use, photo editing in it with Affinity Pro is my favorite. And when it comes home I place it in my wall and it controls my home through the home app.

My daughter is now a iPhone user so decided to add an iPad to her technology resources. Since I am an Android User I know nothing about iPad features so did a lot of research to determine which iPad to purchase for her. Apparently only 64 or 256 GB are available and cannot imagine only having 64 GB for a brand new iPad expected to last 5 to 10 years. Opted for 256 GB and the price point difference was maybe $100. Thought about paying extra for one of the cool iPad colors but it's going to be inside of a case anyway so opted for the space Gray which has a really nice look to it when out of the case. Including the pencil was a no-brainer. Considered a keyboard but a 13-year-old is not going to use a keyboard on an iPad. It goes without saying she loves it!

I got this iPad for my father when his Windows laptop became problematic. Because he cannot speak English, this iPad is so much easier for him to use. There are less pop-ups and updates that a regular laptop would require. This iPad is so much easier to maintain, and it's lightweight compared to a laptop.

Works fast with no issues at all, has a good picture and can be used by all ages

I had a mini prior to getting this iPad. I like the larger print when reading my email or the news. Additionally, the individual programs perform very well. And video tutorials are easier to view with the larger graphics and print.

I have had 2 Ipad in the past. The problem was that I never bought enough memory but this one is 256 gb. The ipad is a perfect alternative to a laptop. The 10.2 inch is outstanding and works well with the keyboard case and the apple pencil. Ipad is a little pricey but it is the standard.

Good tablet, my son loves it! The battery life is good so that makes it better!

I came into Avon store 1050 to purchase iPads for Christmas at the Black Friday Price. I encountered Micah Howard, and apologize for missing the survey opportunity but hopefully he still gets recognized. I also shared my experience with his manager as well. Everyone knows how busy and stressful Black Friday shopping can be! Micah was cool as cucumber, and not only pleasant but knowledgeable and accommodating! The store was mostly out of merchandise by the time I visited that evening, but I was still able to purchase the one in stock, and purchase the other two iPads and ship them where they needed to go! As you can imagine with purchasing three iPads, and two having to be ordered and shipped it took quite some time. However, I never felt rushed, and Micah joked and still throughly went over options and storage space options. His attitude never did change, and was just so positive and pleasant the entire time! Best Buy is lucky to have such a wonderful employee especially during the holiday time. I had already got the sense that who he showed is exactly how his character is everyday. My intention is to not review the iPad, but the person who went beyond the necessary job duties to make sure I was not only to purchase the iPads I wanted, but I was satisfied with the entire process! Thank you Micah Howard, and I know this is late, but if there’s another way to review let me know!

Upgraded from iPad Air 2. Also can answer phone calls. Glad I upgraded!

Great replacement for my pervious 5 yr old one that I had. More storage and vibrant color display is great. Great screen size easy to view business work on and all the apps were transferred by Geek Squad and they did a great job had it all done in less time than expected.
