    The iPad is great, runs well and is super reliable. I had a few dislikes such as it was”starting up” for over two hours, at which point I restarted it and it set up fine. Also, it is only compatible with the first generation Apple Pencil, despite having just been released- kinda annoying. Overall it is a great device.

    great! product came earlier than expected. Shipping date was Dec 23. Received by Dec 13th. I was going to order from apple store and their ship date was Jan 15th! so happy i went with best buy

    Very versatile, i can use it for watching shows, playing games and drawing in procreate and my husband uses it for reading comics. Love the fact that it’s compatible with my apple pencil and i often take it on all my travels.

    I love my IPad. I had previously had a kindle fire and it didn’t last very long replaced it with a product similar in some ways to an IPad and wasn’t happy with it so I gave it to my 6 year old grandson. I finally got the one I really wanted. IPad

    As usual hunting time we travel, we went through best buy in ft. lauderdale, good attention from the staff. Regarding the ipad that I recently bought, I'm sorry to say that the touch keyboard shows a failure (delay) in two letters, since I took it out of the carton it came in. I live in Guayaquil, Ecuador, I would like to know how I can get it checked by the manufacturer since it hasn't been two months since I bought it. could you please help me with that?

    First tablet ever, so far so good. Super responsive but wished it wasnt just a bigger iphone. Hopefully they come up with ipad os where it looks different than my phone streched out but great for games and media consumption.
