Great iPad! Does everything I wanted it for plus I can use it with the new keyboard I got, it’s great

Absolutely love this. My last one was purchased in 2019 and I paid double for that one.

I have three iPads and love all of them. I have had no problems with the first two and hope to say the same about this one! Wish Apple would keep the 128GB available. The gap between 64GB and 256GB is too much.

Christmas gift for our son. He loves the color of it and speed of the OS. Purchasing it online and picking up in store was so easy. In and out of the store in less than 10 minutes

My previous iPad was old, out of space, and had a cracked screen. Time to replace it! What is there to say? I consider an iPad to be one of the wonders of the world!

I was trading in my old iPad Mini with a new iPad and really debated on spending the extra $200 for a mini or just getting a regular iPad. I decided not to spend the money on the mini and now I am sad. The iPad is a good device but for me I was looking for small and this one feels more like a laptop especially with the keyboard I purchased. The display is nice and big but I miss my small mini. I hope to learn more about this iPad and use it more for work etc… I find it hard to scroll with my keyboard I still have to use my finger but I think that is probably the keyboard issue.

Ipad wad in excellent condition. I'm loving it, although it's taking a little time to adjust from an Android device.

Great iPad a little larger than the one purchased in 2018(5th generation). Larger storage capacity easy to find a new iPad cover. And Best Buy had the greatest price too. They also did a price match . They even bought my old iPad. This is another reason I purchase from BEST BUY ……

I was in a rehab facility and they only had 12 to 13 channels I used my cell to use hotspot which makes you get Wi-Fi So really don’t need an pro iPad or spend the extra money either Don’t by the otter case I had to take that back I bought 1 that was better and also protected the screen

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband, and he loves it. The picture is so ckear and crisp. The sound is phenonemal. It's grest for streaming music and is really fsst,

Still learning about what all I can do with this. My first iPad. So far though I am enjoying it with all of the abilities that it has. Well worth the cash!

Bought theOpen Book iPad which turned out to have a glitch so I brought it to the store and was able to just do an even exchange. The person who handled the transaction was outstanding. I am a long time customer who will be back. Thanks

I love this product. I work two full time jobs and go to school online was well. I couldn’t do all that without this device. I’m loving it!!!

Purchased to access apps for work, and coming from an android s7+ I appreciate the variety of applications and how well the handoff process works with the iPhone. Display could have been nicer, but I got spoiled by the oled on the s7+. Happy so far, was pleasantly surprised by how well the pen works.

It’s been great to use for school and entertainment. A very versatile and all-around economic option for those who aren’t wanting to drop more than $500 on a very useful tablet. Haven’t had any problems.

Please note this item was my purchase for my special needs grandson who is 34 years old and lives in a group home. He has an amazing ability with this type of technology. His original iPad shattered. The Apple iPad is a necessary companion for him. He would be lost without.

We weren't sure exactly what we needed for our purposes and the sales associates was helpful in assisting us. She did not automatically steer us to the most expensive product. We appreciate that.

Best Buy is a quality retailer that sells the products that consumers want. Ordered it online, Picked it up in the store was in and out in less then 10 minutes. Staff was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Every experience that I have had with Best Buy has always a solid ten out of ten.

Its a replacement iPad, works as it is supposed to. I am hopeful that is operates as it is supposed to longer than the original one did

My son loves his new iPad. It came perfectly packaged and very quickly after ordering. Set up was pretty easy after doing some background research. Recommend ordering a solid case to protect from breakage.
