    Well I've only had this I-pad a few days, so time will tell. The experience at Best Buy was good. Quick help and lots of questions answered. The folks there were helpful, all my info from my trade in was transferred before I left the store. Thanks to the sales team and Geek Squad folks.

    This is a Christmas gift and will not be opened until Christmas. This is not the first Apple iPad I have purchased and knowing how great they are I am sure this one will be great also.

    My daughter loved it. She was using a refurbished one from a local bookstore. She felt like it was Christmas in July. My daughter likes to sketch so this was the best gift ever.

    The new ipad is perfect and the delivery was very quick and quite efficient. We were notified when the ipad left the store and received a text from the driver as to when he/she would arrive. Excellent!

    Love my iPad. Much easier for me to play games as my phone screen is too small. Lots of things still to learn how to use. Best Buy staff were really knowledgeable and helpful in transferring data from my old iPad to my new one.

    I upgraded from an iPad mini to the regular iPad. What a difference! I’m really enjoying the excellent resolution and speed. I just wish it was a bit lighter.

    I got it refurbished and for a great price considering the storage size. It was labeled as having minor imperfections but literally nothing is wrong with it! Like it’s brand spanking new.
