    Battery life is good and I don't regret purchasing this model versus the newer model but I wish it had face recognition like my iphone and microsoft surface. Otherwise performs as expected.

    This is my 2nd IPad. The first was generation 3. It was 10 years old and still works. I could not get updates because of the age. My point is that they keep working. I’m happy to get this new IPad.

    This iPad replaces an iPad Mini that has stopped working. Now we will have something to watch movies on the plane.

    This IPad is simply fantastic! It’s striking clarity hits you right away when turned on. If there was one thing that I would ask for would be for the screen to go from edge to edge, but that doesn’t take away from my 5 star review.

    I love my new iPad, it is very responsive to my touch. I also only shop for Apple products at Best Buy because the team there is more helpful than at the Apple Store.

    Spouse loves it for email and travel. I have an older model I liked. She got a case with a bluetooth keyboard / touchpad combo that holds together magnetically, so it works will for email and Applt store apps.

    It is a good ipad overall for being open box. It had a generic power cord that works fine. I was concerned that it wasn't fully wiped since the calendar was full of what appeared to be Chinese or a similar alphabet with appointments. That had me concerned. I deleted it all but wondered if someone has remote access to it somehow. I won't do my banking on it even with the two-factor authentication.

    Love the tablet. Took longer than expected to get without any updates. So that was a little nerve racking. Am totally not happy with, not being able to call in the store. I had to drive there to get any kind of help with this matter.

    Best Buy for the money. Has headphone Jack which is great. Keyboard and pencil make this a truly functional item

    Bought this for brother in law that recently had a stroke. Speech therapy suggested an iPad for home use to help with speech at home with some apps and websites he can go to.

    I was looking for this iPad all over Miami and it was impossible to find. Went online on December 21st and bam! I was able to find a Christmas gift. I received it on December 24th Thank you so much. What an outstanding though.
