    My previous iPad had started to have issues after several years. This model is the perfect replacement and the price offered at Best Buy beat everyone else. Delivery was right on time and the iPad is happily working.

    Great iPad! Didn't realize how old and slow my eight year old iPad was. I chose this over the newer iPad air versions because it had the same charger block and I could use my wired ear buds.

    Best Buy is fantastic! I ordered the wrong item and it was returned easy as pie and I ordered the correct iPad and it came quickly and in perfect shape. They are my favorite store for electronics.

    Had to wait awhile for my iPad to arrive at store. Would have been nice if it was in stock but geek squad was great applying my screen protector. Overall really happy with service and product

    Listen I love Apple products therefore the reason I purchased this ipad. When i went to set up the ipad with a new account, it required me to input some form of financials. I never have had this experience with android devices. After this i wont be purchasing apple products. I wasnt allowed to download free items from the app store unless i put in some form of payment which makes me feel uncomfortable. When I contacted apple about this the agent didn’t want to seem to help me fix this issue. My old apple products didnt demand payment to download free apps
