I like iPad use more than laptop but having charging issues in less than a year of buying

Product as expected. Geek Squad did a good job though it took a lot longer than expected.

Purchased for a relative to replace an initial broken one.

super pricey but very responsive and continuously updated - unlike my cheaper tablets made by certain other companies.

This may not be the top of the line iPad but it performs like one. For the money this is an excellent buy!

Absolutely love this iPad! The picture is great on FaceTime, the speed is great! Perfect iPad for my child.

I liked it for a basic apple product. The speakers do not go very loud, so I returned it. Other than that it was good.

This product is what my grandson wanted for Christmas. It is ideal for the purposes he will use it for.

Still getting used to differences in my last iPad. Using it all the time for mostly online bridge games.

Very dissatisfied with quality of purchase. I have owned 3 other versions of iPads (2 mini and one previous generation of this regular iPad model comparable to this one). ALL of my older iPads still work great. This iPad just completely stopped working within 3 months of the apple care+ expiring. The ipad only lasted for about 2 years and then one day just completely stopped working all together, with it being used in the morning and then not functional 2 hours later. It was not used for heavy work, more browsing around and apps and well cared for - not dropped, no damage, etc. We brought the iPad to the smart bar at an apple store and we were told it was simply broke and nothing more could be done, no other explanation. We were then told we would simply have to purchase a new one, no discount offered, no trade-in/recycling offered just basically you are out of luck and let me show you the newest model. Extremely disappointing given the cost of the device. My niece who I purchased for is asking for a new one for Christmas to replace this but I will be shopping other tablets due to the lack of quality given it is the last one I purchased and first one to break with no support offered. I highly recommend looking at other brand tablets that cost way less and have similar capabilities.

Bought this IPad to upgrade my grandson’s old one. As with every Apple product, it did not disappoint!

I wish Ipad allowed you have separate log ins, it is hard to share it.

I only used it for four days and decided to trade it in for the 10.9 inch.Enjoyed it while I had it.

The open box iPad came in good shape. I would have rather have had it in some kind of packing though

Works as advertised. Wifi seems to take a bit to lock onto a site but works well once it does.

Quite easy and quick to transfer all of the applications and data from my old iPad to this new one.

Apple products always seem highly priced but tend to be good quality.
