    Works for my son to watch videos and play on apps, but it isn't durable even with a cover and glass protector. The charging port has stopped working and we only have had this device for a year.

    The fingerprint id only works about half the time. Sometimes the button itself won’t even open it up to use the PIN number.

    Before leaving the store, make them open the box and verify the item in the "sealed" box is the actual product you purchased. Or you might get stuck with a dud and a store manager accusing you of fraud and threatening to press felony charges. or better yet don't buy from bestbuy where they treat the customer like the enemy.

    I just got this ipad and the battery doesnt hold any charge. I have always had a bad experience with Apple products and conti ue to do so. Only reason i have this is for my games. I hate Apple!!!

    Bit disappointed. Reason for purchasing a new iPad was because my old one was getting warm and battery kept running low. Bought this new one and having same problem.

    I bought this item for my husband for Christmas, he really needed a new one. I gave it to him early and he has been enjoying it ever since! He doesn't mind that its an older generation, he loves the extra space, the quality and the good price that I've gotten it for!

    the ipad is great and the price was good, Best Buy's shipping was horrible and the delivery date kept getting changed on me. It was around 2 days later than originally promised.

    Have been and Apple fan since my first iPhone. Bought a new iPad and Apple pencil to help build a new website. (Old iPad did not support pencil.) Ordered online, Beat Buy crew had my order ready almost immediately. Couldn’t be happier.

    Keep getting emails to review this iPad. But its a gift for my daughter for Christmas. So I don't know yet. Almost a month still waiting for $55 I would have gotten back for opening a card from Best Buy.....

    I have Asus tablet, Lenovo tablet, Kindle tablets etc. I like to try and see how they compare to Apple. Guess what???? No comparison! None! Nothing!! Apple is more expensive, but it is the best! Period! End of discussion!! Thank you
