As with ALL apple products, this is wildly overpriced. Apple continues to rip us all off for their items that last for a few years if your lucky. Its an ipad and does what an ipad does.

My last IPad was a 2016 and the only reason that I got rid of it was because it no longer received OS upgrades. Hands down, a 2016 iPad Pro is better than a 9th-generation iPad. I am three weeks into owning this iPad, have missed the return window, and I'm now stuck with a glitchy iPad that sometimes just will not come on. This morning I simply gave in and got a different IPad. I don't know if it is the 9th generation or Best Buy's stock, but I have never been as disappointed with an Apple product as I was with this item. A complete loss.

Best buy has lost a customer over this purchase. Yes, we purchased an open box item do we understand there are chances, however we felt comfortable with the purchase because it was listed at "Geek Squad Certified" and Excellent condition. We unfortunately ipened it just open day after the return window and stuck with an ipad that does not turn on. When we called for assistance, the customer support rep said, "these are the chances you take" and hung up!

The product is great. The advertising for it is misleading... they offered an open package one when I called but when but when I got there they said open package was not available. Which was the whole reason I drove 10 plus miles to buy the item.

Been using an old iPad for years finally decided to get a new one…I didn’t get the top of the line but this one’s is awesome! Until you upgrade you don’t know what you’re missing…Love this iPad!

iPad is fine...store set up tech was not...asked for Office bundle Ap to be purchased and downloaded to unit...he REFUSED to put Microsoft product on Apple product

Have not utilized most of the applications to make a valid review. I expected more speed and navigation agility.

Trying to sign onto the service component of Tracphone was impossible. Initially Best Buy told me that they don't get involved, but then agreed to help me and gave up after 2 hours of trying to get the phone connected. I got a refund for the phone, but had to deal with Tracphone directly to get a refund for the one year service plan. That was another time-consuming nightmare. Never again.

Product was delayed a bit in delivery but the product itself is good and what i expected.

Don’t understand why i would spend almost $200 more for the 10th green when i got this on sale for only $270. It does everything i need from videos to video conferencing very well.

This is probably great for someone that needs it. But it is too many gigabites for me. Since there is no return packaging I am taking it back to the store.

Replaced an older iPad. It seems to work as well as or better than my previous model.

Product was exactly as anticipated. Pickup at the store was quick and uneventful.

My husband is very well pleased with the 9th generation iPad. He wanted a new iPad for Christmas and still wanted to have a button to use, so everything has worked out great.

Won't keep a charge and while charging it get's hot. I returned one that had the same problem.

Not useful for my work. Keyboard not large enough and downloads are difficult

I am a senior citizen and I love apple products because they’re easy to navigate and best buy makes it easy to afford the best devices. I can now sync my phone and ipad.

Time to update our older iPads, experience tells us we needed more memory

It did not even come with a charger or power cord. The unit was filthy and not cleaned. Screen was dirty no wrapping around the unit inside the box
