Nice product… delivered on time….Excellent !!!!!!!

The guy that I talked to for some reason signed me up for a credit card when I didn’t ask. He said absolutely nothing about a credit card when asking me questions and ran my credit. This had to be the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing any item in my life.

Not a great buy…keeps crashing on games and screen freezes while browsing.

Nice entry ipad. Great specs for great price. Has the old home button. The picture quality is great even facetime. Bought om black friday. Slow to charge.

Poor battery life!!! Bought brand new but battery is draining fast!!! From 100% down to 60% with only one app open in less than an hour Will return this product, sadly. I had high hopes for this unit but disappoints.

I’m disappointed because it doesn’t hold a charge very long and I thought it would. Also I can’t txt certain people like I used to.

It’s ok for ipad hard to find a good case. Blah blah blah. Hopefully a good new year. Gas and electricity have gone up no reason y.

I did not receive what I ordered …I received iPad Air with 128gb…don’t know what happened I was never informed on the change…so I can’t review this honestly…

usual ipad. costs too much for a battery that will die in a couple years

System stopped charging very quickly after purchase.

iPad is fine...store set up tech was not...asked for Office bundle Ap to be purchased and downloaded to unit...he REFUSED to put Microsoft product on Apple product

Would not stay connected to WiFi and had to return it. I then upgraded to the iPad 10 and am waiting delivery of it.

Trying to sign onto the service component of Tracphone was impossible. Initially Best Buy told me that they don't get involved, but then agreed to help me and gave up after 2 hours of trying to get the phone connected. I got a refund for the phone, but had to deal with Tracphone directly to get a refund for the one year service plan. That was another time-consuming nightmare. Never again.

Xmas gift so not sire on this yet, not the first one though so I am sure it will be fine
