Is it Really the right size for Square?

Having giving them the model number and physical dimensions of the old unit Best Buy assured me an exact fit. Oops. Too big. We are a shop in a remote location. 3 hours of commuting that should not have happened.

When I inquired the geek squad at the store, they was so superficial and disinterested.
