    Unable to write a resume due to the fact that I purchased this on December 27, 2021 from the Monroeville store viva shipped to my home which was supposed to arrive January 6 which it never did call the one 800 number they said it was still in California I have no clue

    My item was damaged, this is absolutely not ok. The only reason I have any stars is because the people at the store allowed me to return it and get another one. I will not shop here again.

    bought new one ,but the battery dont last long,,and bestbuy do not cover i talk to apple 2 times and nothing,,my old one is better then my new one,,so no i am not happy,

    I was told that when I ordered my new iPad the Geek squad would be able to move my old iPad to the new one. When I made an appointment with the Geek squad to do that I was told that they could not do it.

    Great iPad. Takes nice pictures and videos. It has plenty of space for lots of apps. Great screen to stream movies on. Durability is good for an adult. We have a case on ours to protect from children.

    The package arrived more than two weeks after I placed an order. The item inside the parcel was XBox, not iPad. Very disappointed!
