    I was told that when I ordered my new iPad the Geek squad would be able to move my old iPad to the new one. When I made an appointment with the Geek squad to do that I was told that they could not do it.

    The package arrived more than two weeks after I placed an order. The item inside the parcel was XBox, not iPad. Very disappointed!

    This iPad lasted one year then died. I assume it was defective and not insured so I bought another.
