    Purchased as a replacement for my wife’s older version. As far as the iPad, what can you say? Typical Apple product, works great, easy to use. Regarding my purchase from Best Buy, it was another positive experience. Purchased on line prior to to Christmas, so a good price, easy to purchase online and arrange pickup. Pickup was good, the staff member verified my purchase to the pulled unit and found it was not the correct model, (256k) gave me the correct one on the spot. Follow up email from BB to confirm satisfaction. Will mention that operator (me) error caused the unit to lock me out, (passcode). I went to the store where the Geek squad member resolved the issue and had me on my way in 15 minutes, In today’s markets stellar service is hard to find, I’ll continue to go to Best Buy,

    We have been shopping here for awhile and all of our computers iPads and watches are from here . You just have the best service and customer service. I don’t know what we would do without the geek squad too

    I bought this tablet for my granddaughter and she loves it! This tablet has a lot of amazing features, Very good for studying with the apps! A lot of storage space! I love the apple tv! This is a phenomenal tablet! I can't wait to get the keyboard an pen. My grandbaby Is love to be creative when she drawing.

    After shopping online I found that Best Buy had the best price. Ordering and pick took only minutes. I was a little disappointed that the clerk didn’t often to sell a warranty
