Do not do curbside pickup!

We arrived for outside delivery/pickup, sent notice to system that we in the proper parking spot. We received computer notice to wait. After 20 min we went inside to pickup. Staff stated that no one received notice of our waiting outside and did not seem to care about our wait.

Unusable ipad

Deceptive sales practice

This seems like a deceptive sales practice Best Buy should let their customers know that just cause it’s new doesn’t mean it’s a current year model

Bad deal

I read and read and I purchased everything it said needed still would not do it. I didn’t tended to get the 10.9 a day I wanted to order it said it was not available, however I wish I had not got it to me since it does not do what I wanted. It is junk.
