The sales person was very helpful, I had a problem with a old IPAD and he tried to fix it, but couldn't correct the problem, had to buy a new one and he was very knowledgeable and transferred all my information from the old one to the new one and I was very happy.

Super fun to use. Got this as a gift for my mom and she has not had a problem.

I recently traded in my 7th generation 128G iPad for the new 9th generation 256G iPad. I'm pleased with the new version. As compared to the 7th gen 128G model --> the new version is much faster and the screen is crisper. With a trade-in the price was very good.

This IPad has been fantastic!!! Still going strong two years later and is used all day long everyday by my elderly mom to play her games!

Great iPad for the price and pick up in store was great

I bought the refurbished model and looked brand new, works like a champ, for 399.00 with 256GB storage. I shouldn’t run out of storage in this one.

I bought the new iPad to replace one that was so old and wouldn’t hold a charge. It was so easy to transfer everything for the old one to the new one. And it was on sale! What could be better? Love my apple products.

My iPad was getting a little long in the tooth, so I decided to upgrade. I did not make a mistake, it is much faster with much better wifi performance.

Starting up was so easy.. just paired it with my iPhone, following the prompts. Wow! Love the extra storage, too!

As a pre-med student, I was in need of more storage for all of my notes. Best Buy had the iPad I needed.

Hubby's favorite. He actually has the lastest IPad with the 12 inch screen. The bigger one is very heavy. Plus the "button" at the bottom of the screen has been removed. He prefers the smaller one much more.

Old iPad was too old to update to work with apps. 9th generation able to run latest software and was at a reasonable price.

Product was purchased for business and it is compact enough for easy carry but also large enough details aren’t lost and can be viewed well by more than one at a time. The efficiency in upload of items and quality of picture is great.

This iPad is what I love about Apple. It is a great tablet for work and play. I have always bought apple products and always will. Great product for the price.

I visited the Best Buy store in Prescott, AZ, and upon entering the store, I was greeted by a staff member who assisted me. I explained what I wanted, and the staff person explained my options and answered my questions. He consulted the computer to find my choice of IPad. It arrived at the store the exact day it was promised. As I am on a fixed income, I chose the option to pay interest free for 2 years.
