The staff member then helped us with selecting our new replacement. She was very pleasant, informative and efficient. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes, completely satisfied!

Not disappointed except the price

Fast and responsive. Time for Apple to get on board with their pricing, they are big enough now to have competitive prices.

I have used it everyday since purchasing it, and I am impressed by how functional this device is and would highly recommend it!

I was looking into replacing the battery on my 6th gen iPad and now I don’t have to. The big selling point is this gen can isolate an image and save it to photos as a transparent png with the latest ios.

Great Device for the Family and Kids!

My only issue is I wish Apple would come out with better authentic Apple case choices, especially for kids other than delegating it to third parties like Otter Box and LifeProof.

But, it has much more memory so I can open documents I couldn’t on my old iPad. I wish I’d had more choices of color.

I have had no problems with the first two and hope to say the same about this one! Wish Apple would keep the 128GB available. The gap between 64GB and 256GB is too much.
