    The iPad was difficult to find before Christmas with even Apple store sold out. Best Buy came through with the iPad back in stock before Christmas. The delivery was shipment date was 12/27/2021 but at least I could get one. But to my surprise Best Buy was able to ship before Christmas and it was delivered before Christmas. I was very pleased to say the least.

    This was a birthday gift for my wife. The iPad is great. She really loves it. The shipping and tracking sucked. I am really disappointed with the communication and the shipping.I purchased the iPad on September 22. I was told I would receive it on September 24 and ended up getting it on the 28.
