    I have had this tablet for a few months, no complains whatsoever. I can do as much as I do on my laptop plus drawing. Add an apple pencil and you got yourself a great entertainment.

    Only thing keeping it from a 5 is that I would have to pay for assistance in setting it up. In the past Best Buy tech helped me setup my printer at time of purchase and with assistance with other purchases I made in the past. This time, I would only get help if paid separately for it.

    Broke the screen of my old iPad, and the repair was the same price of the new iPad. Transferring my data was easy as 123. Very Happy Now!!!

    After reading a lot of reviews on this particular model and discovering that I only wanted the newest one for the pink color, I bought this one and I’m pleasantly pleased. It is considerably less than the newest and does all that I need it to do.

    Spectacular! A Best Buy staff helped us pick out an iPad and case and another staff helped us load our information to the new iPad. They were so nice and helpful. It was much easier than I was expecting.

    9th generation iPad has increased the minimum capacity from 32 gigs to 64 and kept the price the same. That in itself makes this a 5⭐️ rating. Coupled with Best Buy’s trade in program, it’s a great buy. Delivery was quicker than indicated at purchase.

    Was a bit worried about buying an item that was refurbished but i love it works just like new for a fraction of the price. Cane with original charger and in great condition. 10/10 recommend would buy again
