Love shopping at Best Buy with my credit card. Got this gift for my niece for her birthday and she loved it. Not only am I making her happy but im helping my credit. Good customer service!

Nice iPad the issue I’m having is that I cannot add to my plan. This is a Wi-Fi only tablet no slot for the SIM card. I’m very disappointed because I price matched when I bought this so you’re telling me that they wanted over $300 for a tablet you can’t take anywhere

There simply came a point where I needed to make a purchase for my daughter and deciding to go with Best Buy even though I'm so far away still wound up being the best choice of all!!!

Works as expected. Have had a good experience with Apple products in the past. My previous iPad is 5 years old and still going strog.

It was a good value for the money. Nice size screen. It was a gift for my wife and she likes it.

I found what I needed right away in the online store, made my purchase quickly and easily. Pick up at the store was a breeze. When the item was removed from its packaging, it was in perfect condition.

Exactly what I wanted & price was same as noted on their website (no hidden fees) salesman I chatted with relayed how to transfer data from existing iPad to this iPad. Ordered & bought that morning & picked up in 2 hours. Salesman was knowledgeable & courteous

Get it to replace one that the screen when out, the only thing I do not like is the usbc cord.

For the basic iPad with the home button and a headphone jack it’s great Needed it g For my grandson so he need not use Bluetooth headphones or adapters for them

Bought as a gift for my niece. She absolutely loved it. If you already have an iPhone it will transfer everything from your iPhone to the iPad. You can get it on sale for about $274. Touchscreen is very responsive. Very Good tablet for the price.

-10. I have had this phone for one year. Several months ago I gave it to a friend as a gift. Not much later he went to his best friend's wedding, a really big and important event in his life. Mysteriously the camera started taking photos and video that were really blurry and so he was unable to record anything from the wedding. We took the phone to Best Buy on July 1st the anniversary of the day I bought it. They said they couldn't honor the warranty because it was a leap year (it is not!). So off to the Apple store we went. There we sat and waited and waited. eventually they reset the software and to our great relief the video was no longer blurry. Now a week later the problem has returned. I could say ALLOT more about the obvious signs that indicated to me that none of this was real. Apple can easily make their products not work if they want to. This was all about Apple generating more sales while making Best Buy look bad. I won't say more because why would they allow a customer's real life horrifying experience with a trillion dollar company to be printed.

Bought 3! For grandkids going on vacation. No fighting over the iPad. Everyone got to pick out their own case! I have the same one myself
