Great ipad -- excellent value! Like the 64GB storage for gaming, the processor is fast, and it's light-weight to hold. Very sleek. The itouch security feature is a bonus! Purchased a glass screen protector and case separately.

As normal apples quality on their tech is the best. Needed to upgrade from my old one. This is great because it's a little bigger than the iPad mini but not super huge.

I buy all of my electronics at Best Buy. I love my new iPad. I had the 7th gen, and space and battery life were struggling after over 3 years. Black Friday was the perfect time to trade in! I was surprised by all the black on the edges of the screen, it makes the actual screen area seem smaller overall, but it is what it is. The resolution is amazing, and the speed is much better. I want to say a shout out to Dante in the Chattanooga store. It was because of his help the previous day, that I went back in and made this purchase. He answered all my questions, dealt with my concerns, and was so very helpful. I am a senior, so getting guidance from a great employee like him is key for me. Thank you!

Apple new iPad 9 generation 10.2 is great. Using a mini but need something a little bigger but not so heavy that this senior citizen would find hard to handle. 10.2 so far is doing the job,especially reading star advertiser daily

This IPad is the perfect size at 10.2 inch. I love the space gray color as it should hide scratches. The color on the screen is nice and sharp as well as brilliantly bright. The use in start up is easy and pairs with my apple phone well.

Great product, user friendly Good quality and good price

I'm going to start with a comparison to the device I'm replacing. In contrast to the 8" Fire HD we have, the iPad is the far superior device. It's more responsive, the screen is better, and the iPad isn't hamstrung by the Amazon App Store (sidebar - my belief as to why Windows Subsystem for Android failed). This is also the second iPad my household has owned, and is a supplement to our phones and PCs rather than a sole device. That said, this is the legacy design from 2021 with the proprietary lightning connector. I wouldn't expect the long term support that the latest generation devices have. If it weren't on sale for a reasonable price, I would recommend the latest Gen device instead.

It's a great little help. We are using it as an employee's check-in device. Helpful in everyday tasks and flawlessly performing. So far, all of the Apple products I have delivered have the highest standards. We also bought one for our mom so she could take pictures and browse the internet. She's 73 and has no problems figuring it out.

My son really likes it . It’s fast than most his tablets . He likes to play games and he’s happy that his games don’t glitch or pause .

The 9th Gen iPad is great value for the casual user. It works well as an e-reader, streaming device and casual web browser. Battery life is decent lasting several days with casual use. If you don’t expect more than that out of it, you’ll be happy with it.
