Bought this iPad from Best Buy and have had no issues at all. It has worked great for well over a year!

Great and budget friendly ipad for kids. Good battery life and decent storage

I needed to upgrade my 32GB ipad and I was able to find the 9th generation, 64GB that I was looking for. BestBuy employee helped me find what I wanted. I was able to trade in the old Ipad for the new one. The employee wiped clean my traded in ipad while i was there watching the whole process. After trade in and Best Buy practice of meeting another vendor's price, I was able to purchase what i was shopping for and at a very reasonable price. From my point of view, BestBuy is the place to shop and purchase.

Before getting this ipad, I had the Gen 8. Since I liked the Gen 8, I knew I wanted something similar, so it made perfect sense to get this ipad. Its fast, runs programs like Procreate very well, and has double the storage of the 8! Its great!

iPad works great, mostly use to watch sports and youtube when I'm trying to learn how to fix something. Perfect size and is a bigger than my phone for when I do need it.

This 9th gen iPad is the perfect balance between old enough to be affordable and new enough to still be relevant. The 64GB base model is much more usable than the older generations 32GB. This iPad and an Apple Arcade subscription is something he'll use on a regular basis, unlike his other, basically disposable toys.

Works great, price drop on these. Kids love it the battery life is good.

Works great easy to use especially if you are looking for a tablet for a kid. They will pick up on it very fast.

I am so finicky when it comes to electronics, especially tablets, I have tried Surface, a boatload of Android slates, and pretty much every iPad of every size. The thing is, ultimately, no one makes a tablet that is equally perfect as well as boring as Apple. Sure, Android makers, despite their major flaw of being splintered (especially when it comes to OS support) are risk takers (honestly, the closest tablet out there to the iPad in terms of speed, reliability, and support is from Samsung). They are willing to try different things, and some of them are cool and useful (That Galaxy Tab S9 tho!) But the iPad, well, besides a few changes here and there, is dull, dependable, will last for years, and are bullt well. The 9th gen continues that trend, even tho I had to take a star off because the battery life leaves MUCH to be desired (usually I am charing it every day while other post-2021 Samsung tablets are good for a couple of days). Talking that caveat aside, if you want a dependable portable slate you can't go wrong with this most affordable (2022 model; they changed the look and hiked the price big time on the 10th gen) iPad.

One year later, this was an amazing find and I literally bought it when I saw it online and it works like a charm I love to relax and play games and it’s even perfect to watch movies on!! Will definitely be buying from Best Buy again very soon, I wanted to get my brother the same iPad for his birthday!!

The wife uses her IPad daily to check what is going on in Facebook, and to check email. Occasionally she is on YouTube. She has dementia and this has been a godsend for her. At Bestbuy, our sales associate was extremely helpful and attentive. We told him what we wanted it for and he told us that it would serve our purpose and didn’t try to talk us into purchasing one that was capable of doing more than we needed. This is why I always go to Bestbuy for my electronics.
