Pretty simple and easy to navigate for my not so tech savvy momma. I'm glad I made this purchase as it keeps her somewhat up to date with technology and not so overwhelmed with new buttons as its almost identical to her iPhone.

Broken ipad plus happy customer

She laid her ipad on the steps at her house. As she was going down the steps after a while, she forgot she laid the ipad on the steps. The obvious happened, she stepped down on it and it was broken badly. Screen was cracked, everything black. Could not charge or anything. I didn’t have too, but seeing the look on her face, my heart went out to her and of course I decided to get her another one. We had a conversation about responsibility and the fact that grandma would not purchase another one due to carelessness. Moral of the story. She loves her new ipad and was very thankful that grandma made her day! Thank you.

Needed upgrads

This product is affordable yet does everything I need in a device. The picture quality and resolution is great. This pain is great. It is just what I personally need.I have yet to explore all the capabilities of the device, but feel I won’t be disappointed with how much more this new iPad allows me to do than my old one.
