Great value for a solid performing iPad. This was purchased for my mother-in-law who has been an Android user since making the switch to a smartphone. She was able to pick this device up and use it with a very slim learning curve.

I researched the price for this IPad online and it was very expensive but when I walked into Best Buy the cost for this product was very reasonable and I bought it on the spot. I completely love my IPad

Perfect for a non-power-user or a child in school. More than enough for watching YouTube, Prime and Netflix, all the school apps and taking online classes. All with Apple reliability and years and years of software support.

Great picture and lightweight, definitely recommend case to make it more durable But battery life is really good and definitely recommend

I enjoy the Apple products. This iPad is easy to setup and transfer everything from my old iPad to the new. Looks great and works great and I received a great deal on sale at BEST BUY! I would recommend to Family and Friends.

Brought it mostly for facetime and it has worked very well. Also use it for sirusXM play and that works very well. My last pad was a Samsung and it would not work with my iPhone. Have been with y'all for about twenty years or more and love the service i get. Thanks again.

I really like my new iPad. I previously had an iPad Air (2014) and it finally went out. This 9th is quick, takes great photos and I prefer the plexiglass cover.

This model is perfect for light use like for kids learning programs and entertainment. Additional hard cover protection is obviously needed.

Bought as an early Christmas present to replace a previous model that has given 8yrs of exceptional service. Best Buy even honored a price match from a competitor after the fact. Grade A Service!!!

I started out some years ago using Samsung Android tablets. Loved the OS but hardware did not hold up well. I then went to inexpensive Fire tablets. They were extremely dependable. But now Fire OS has just wandered to far from pure Android. I think Amazon will soon be out of the hardware business. When the IPad went down to $250 in January I decided to get one. Likes: integrates well othe Apple devices. Cheaper than equivalent Samsung tablet. Dislikes: No universal back button. Could not find any useful free apps.

Awesome iPad for the price!! Went from the generation 7 model to the generation 9. So much more speed and memory. Love it!!

VERy pleased with my iPad. Works great, lots of great features. Used mostly for online book reading - Reading and Kindle books and the like. Very happy. I do think battery life could be a BIT better? Typical of Apple products though..
