This is my first time using an iPad. The ipad was beyond expectation. great speed for the price.

I already had the 9.7 in. Ipad pro from 5 years ago, but we needed another device in the house so I got this one because the $300 price was pretty reasonable, especially considering that it starts at 64 gigs, instead of 32! I’m typing this review on it right now. I like that you can still multitask and use the 1st gen. Apple pencil on it.

After spending almost an hour on the phone with Best Buy customer service with a billing problem we decided to go to the store. To be honest I expected the worst. I was greeted by Vanessa & Candy who took their time and listened to me. They then rectified my issue. These two employees are professional and obviously take pride in their work. With employees like this I will continue to use this store.

I prefer baying products from Best Buy. They carry good quality stuff. The price is pretty good. I love Best Buyer. They attend their costumes very well. I thank you guys for being so supportive and helpful. God bless you guys.

As with all Apple products, it is well designed and looks sharp. This was a great upgrade for the kids from an older 5th generation iPad that was unable to run ABC Mouse and other learning games.

Easy purchase via internet and pickup process. It was easy to setup the iPad from the cloud backup of the iPhone. Works great

Just started purchasing Apple products about 4 yrs ago. Best decision ever! Just got this iPad a few wks ago and hasn’t disappointed me yet! The price was right and got it w/taxes applied

Purchased this for my husband so he could read the newspaper on it in the morning since home delivery has become abominable in recent months. He rsisted at first, yes we are the over 60 crowd, but now he's on it every single day for not only the paper but for olther things as well.

The newer ipad is faster, sleeker, and battery is amazing!

The overall capability of the iPad is great. Using it as a laptop works very well, FaceTime is crisp and using it for watching videos is awesome. I will say it sucks using it for FaceTime or zoom meetings while in landscape mode due to the positioning of the camera but nothing's perfect.

Purchased this item in August 2024 and it still works amazingly. Couldn’t get a better deal. P

It's a great product I actually ended up returning it because it didn't function with my work apps but I like it better than the laptop I replaced it with. Convenient size and the touch screen Make it a winner

My first iPad. The price was right, so I decided to buy it. Not disappointed and no issues.

This Ipad has been great so far. It's replacing an older model that couldn't be updated to accept the latest Apps which was very disappointing because it was working perfectly other than that. It's been great watching movies during our travels.

A decent iPad. This is an upgrade over my older one and has more storage space. The upgraded display is good to have as well.
