Great tablet, was delivered as scheduled. This is our 4th iPad we have had, very satisfied with the previous 3, Have tried other tablets, no comparison to iPads. So far so good on the 9nth generation, nice upgrade from the iPad air.

After upgrading from an iPad Air 2, I immediately noticed the difference, especially in the display quality and performance. However, I do wish it was lighter.

Our last iPad was purchased in 2009 and still works, only way too slow for anything more than messages, so we bought this one and it is absolutely great, fast and runs every app with ease. I will also be purchasing the Pro model next week for my work, although I really think this one could handle it too.

Great tablet love watching movies sounds it really good. Great for traveling can watch movies on the plane. Light weight fits in any bag.

Great size tablet, not too big, not too small. The cover I ordered fits perfect. The display is perfect. This is now my go to for all things internet. Price was amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Good product. I had email for 10% off price. Clerk at counter said it would be applied on Best Buy credit card statement. It was not applied. I called about statement. I waited a long time then the lady was difficult to understand, then I got disconnected. Best Buy emails mean nothing only to mislead.

Easy purchase via internet and pickup process. It was easy to setup the iPad from the cloud backup of the iPhone. Works great

Bought for my 5 year old. Basic iPad great of his needs. Battery life time is good no issues.

It is a solid product, as expected. Easy to use (grandpa switched from an android to apple without a problem). Color is nice. Sufficient capacity if you have an iCloud account for backup.

Apple makes a good product, and they definitely charge for it. However you get what you pay for in quality. I use to be mix guy with both android and apple, now i use only apple.

This is the perfect device for my aunt. She is in a nursing home and needs something simple to use that allows her to stay connected and stresm content. She could not be happier with this purchase.

This is a replacement i-pad for my 91 year old Mom. Geek set it up exactly like her old one and it has been wonderful. It's slightly larger and has more memory. I even got cash back as trade in on her old one.
