My other one was nearly 20 years old. Activating the new one was a snap. Service at Best Buy was seamless. Ordered online and picked up in the morning. Easy Peasy….

I went in to the store having done my research, asked for the product I wanted, but the worker continually tried to upsell. This was after a long wait - lots of customers and few workers in that part of the store. Finally made my purchase without any extras. The product is working fine.

Also, not only is it well built and esthetically pleasing, the craftsmanship is simply wonderful. It’s a little pricey ( no eating out for a while) but worth it.

I bought 10.2- inch ipad and it works perfect. I recognized only different that my old ipad had 4 dynamics but new one only two. Its not a problem and I am happy with this ipad. Also it is good price. Very good ipad.
