    The unit was on hand. It works if I were savvy enough to ask it the right questions. The Geek Squad has been very helpful. I haven’t owned the unit long enough to answer some of your questions on batterylife and dependability.

    From the beginning chat with Clark, to delivery of the iPad, I could not have asked for better service from Best Buy. Definitely received great customer service which is so lacking in many places these days. The iPad I ordered replaces an older iPad that would no longer update, it seems to meet my needs.

    while it's an older generation ipad, it's best bang for the buck in 2023. While I prefer android devices, ipad still provides better tablet experience for me
