Brought for my daughter for Christmas so i really cant say two much

DO NOT BUY THIS HERE. I ORDERED THIS AS A GIFT. IT NEVER ARRIVED. I WAS HOME ALL DAY. THE FRONT CAMERA RECORDED ALL DAY. THEY TOOK A BLURRY PICTURE OF SOMEONE ELSES FRONT DOOR. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. DO NOT BUY HERE. DO NOT BUY FROM A PLACE THAT USES ONTRAC. THEY WILL TELL YOU ONE THING THEN EMAIL YOU ANOTHER. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Box was dented and the iPad has a scuff on the bottom probably from being mishandled

The worst buy from Best Buy. I purchased two IPads ,both IPads came in and had writing on the boxes in a black magic marker. The Ipads were supposed to be a present. Now I have two IPads that I will be embarrassed to gift due to the writing in the box. Why would there be writing on the box?? These were not refurbished IPads and Best Buy will not exchange them. I paid for new products not for damage caused by one of their employees. Very upset and disappointed. Will not be purchasing anything in the future from this company. Also I called the customer service and asked to speak with a manager and I was told that he was preoccupied and would not get on the phone even though I said that I can wait.

This was a gift for my 5 year old for Christmas, an upgrade from the 7th gen that I passed down to my 3yo. The glass has already broke 3 times. We had the seventh gen since my daughter was 1- that glass only broke once! It’s crazy cause you think the newer products are better quality but I’m finding out the hard way that’s not always true. Thank God for apple care! Had I known the glass was *weaker and I would have gotten the brand new 10th gen after spending more money to repair this 9th gen iPad.

The battery life is excellent as well and easily lasts me through a full day of typical use. The 64 gigabytes of storage is enough for my current needs. I have plenty of room for apps, photos, and some downloaded movies. However, if you tend to keep a large music or video library on your device, you might find the storage somewhat limited and need to rely on cloud services. The design and build quality are classic Apple. The Space Gray color is sleek and professional looking. The iPad is lightweight and easy to carry around which makes it perfect for travel or moving between rooms. The home button with Touch ID works well for quick unlocking and security. My only small complaint is that this model does not have the newer features found in more expensive iPads, such as the edge-to-edge screen or Face ID.
