    This is my 1st iPad and I love it. I bought it to take notes for college. I see that I can many keep notes, journals, ledgers, and other information on it. It connects easily to wi-fi. I don't have to worry about losing pieces of paper or having several sticky notes/paper all over the place. I was thinking about getting the more expensive iPad, but this one fits my needs just fine. It connects to my MacBook, but it won't fully connect to my phone. That's the only issue I have. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

    Purchased this for our 90+ year old aunt, she loves it as she can now view Netflix and play her solitaire games using larger screen than her iPhone. Only thing I would change if I could would be to purchase the 10th generation iPad instead with facial recognition.

    1st tablet after several years with iPad mini 3. Of course it’s faster. Being a bigger screen, spend extra $$ for screen protector… alignment jig is a plus.

    Everything works as it should. However, there was an issue getting the new iPad started up. It would not download the current iOS version. Had to call an Apple hotline to figure everything out and the iPad was still unable to download. The said that it needed to be connected to a Mac or PC to force the download into it. Otherwise we needed to take it to the nearest Apple Store or certified Apple retailer. I kind of expected it to have the newest version downloaded upon start up. The reason it wouldn’t download, from what the Apple IT guy said, is because our iPhones were running the newest iOS versions and it could not convert. Other than that, the iPad works great.
